The Emperor
The head of state and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces. The Emperor signs or rejects the laws Parliament passes, and directs changes to government that don't require a law.
The Viceroys
The Viceroys stand beside the Emperor. If the Emperor steps down or is unavailable, they choose the next Emperor from among themselves.
The Imperial Cabinet
The Cabinet runs the ministries and carries out the work of government day to day. It is chaired by the Chancellor.

Parliament
Parliament writes and votes on the laws of the Empire, so that citizens have a say in how the nation is run. It is chaired by the Parliament Speaker. The chamber has 80 seats, of which 17 are currently open to be held.

The Imperial Supreme Court
The Court interprets the laws and the Constitution. It has five judges, each put forward by the Chancellor and confirmed by the Emperor.
